Killian was part of the foxes coming from the New York DEC raid that, Foxes Journey Sanctuary was part of. There were 28 Foxes locked in crates, living in their own feces, urine, with no freshwater or food. These foxes came from a shutdown fur farm, where they were bred to be pelted for their fur. Killian spent his life in a crate zip-tied shut, he touched ground here for the first time here in Michigan. He is a sweet boy who is learning to trust and has just the most adorable face. He loves treats and squeaky toys. On hot days you can find him staying cool under his coat in the hay. Brooklyn is his mate and they have really bonded well to each other.
